At the table
A three-course evening.
Enjoy a plated dinner with salad, entrée, and dessert, accompanied by freshly baked rolls and butter, coffee, decaf, tea, and preset iced tea or water.
A fresh first course
One salad will be selected for all guests. The final selection will be announced.
Your dinner selection
The final menu will offer two entrée selections plus a vegetarian option. Guests will pre-select one entrée. Entrée choices will be posted once finalized.
Dessert & a toast
One dessert will be selected for all guests. Dinner includes two glasses of house wine per adult guest aged 21 or older.
Cash bar
A cash bar will be available, with cocktails and house wine selections.
Children’s dining
A children’s meal for guests under 12 includes an entrée and milk or lemonade. The final entrée will be announced. Childcare fees are listed separately.

When and where is the gala?
Thursday, December 10, 2026, at Sheraton San Diego Resort, 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. Doors open at 7:00 PM, with dinner and dancing to follow.
What should I wear?
Formal attire. Think evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxedos. Military uniform guidance, if applicable, will be announced.
What does my gala ticket include?
Admission to the celebration, a three-course plated dinner, dancing, and chances to win prizes. Parking, cash-bar purchases, and childcare are separate.
When do ticket prices increase?
Early-bird pricing runs October 26–November 9. Each ticket increases by $5 on November 10 and another $5 on November 24. See the full pricing table for your category. November 30 is the proposed sales cutoff, pending the hotel’s final headcount requirements.
What rate do spouses and plus-ones pay?
Spouses and plus-ones pay the same ticket rate as their sponsoring attendee. Civilians attending independently use the independent civilian rate.
How do I purchase tickets?
Use “Buy Tickets with Venmo” in the ticket section. Select your category and quantity, copy the payment note, and send the displayed total through the MWR-approved account. Keep your receipt for the event team to verify payment and confirm your ticket.
Is childcare included?
Childcare is a separate fee of $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional sibling. Advance registration is required. Eligible ages, hours, location, and registration instructions will be announced.
How do I book a hotel room?
Book directly through Sheraton San Diego Resort’s official Marriott page ↗. Room reservations are separate from gala tickets.
How much is parking?
Event-only self-parking is $20, and event-only valet parking is $40. Parking is separate from your gala ticket.
